Black Vanity promises to process, pack, and ship out your order within 7 -10 business days of placing your order. This means that within 7 - 10 business days (M-F), we will pack your order and drop it off to the post office. During holiday and busy seasons, please allow up to 10 additional business days for order fulfillment.

Once your order is taken to the post office, please refer to your tracking number for the estimated arrival of your package. Typically, packages take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your shipping selection at checkout. Please expect delays during holiday and busy seasons.

Once your package leaves Black Vanity's facilities and is in the possession of a postal carrier, Black Vanity cannot re-address the package.

Once your package is accepted by the post office, Black Vanity is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

All order confirmations and tracking numbers will be sent to the email and/or phone number you provided at checkout.
